Can I create a custom-made order?
Carmina Shoemaker offers custom-made items, offering clients the possibility to select between various models and styles, lasts, leather types and colours. We cannot alter the pattern of the model. Customized items are manufactured individually and include a 23-30% customization fee. Once the order for a custom-made item is formalized, we will need around 45–60 days to manufacture the items. The timeframe is always specified in our website before placing the order, we might see ourselves forcer to alter these dates depending on how busy our factory is or during any holidays.
When will my custom-made order be ready?
All custom-made orders must go through our manufacturing process and strict quality control. Your order confirmation email will specify the delivery timeframe for your customized shoes, generally between 30 and 60 days. Any delays in manufacturing your items will be communicated via your email.
Can I exchange a custom-made order for a different size if it does not fit?
Custom-made orders and MTO’s are personalized items and manufactured for you according to your specifications, and they cannot be returned or exchanged. We always recommend making yourself familiar with our lasts and sizes before going forward with any custom-made order. Once any customized order is launched to production, in the next business day, we will not be able to modify your order.
